At Press’d Threads, every order is made with care — and we’re committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible!

Processing Time

All of our items are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Should you need your order faster, please contact us direct and we will do our best to make accommodations.

During busy seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Information

Because each Press’d Threads item is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an issue with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

 

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Sizing Issues

Since our items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please review size charts carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help!

Order Changes or Cancellations

Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase before production begins.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
